Leaders Share the light | mission statement

Welcome to (n)Ever a Leader, Inc.

We are an organization with a core mandate to bring positive peace, social justice and progressive change to our communities and our world through ethical and creative leadership (ECL) training. We believe civilians, at various levels in their lives and from many different circumstances, backgrounds and age groups—working together—can turn leadership into a vehicle for catalyzing change. We endeavor to engage underrepresented groups and  build multigenerational coalitions of ethical and creative leaders by offering workshops through a 'no economic barriers' business model.

(n)Ever a Leader, Inc. does not charge fees for workshops, but we do ask each participant to commit to becoming an ethical and creative leader for change. All participants sign a "New World Leader" declaration of assurance--which is a commitment to working on behalf of positive world change.

At (n)Ever a Leader, Inc. our mission is simple: Develop leadership for change that improves the wellbeing of our neighbors whether at home or around the globe.

Social Justice

"It is a curious thing, Harry, but perhaps those who are best suited to power are those who have never sought it. Those who, like you, had leadership thrust upon them, and take up that mantle because they must, and find to their own surprise that they wear it well."
